tree_talkingI just want to thank everyone who commented with words of support on my last two posts. They were much appreciated during a kind of rough time for me.
Liam's strep has gone away, but now he has an ear infection. So it goes. He's doing very well for the most part. I hope this is the last run of antibiotics he has to take.
(Oh, and we're never going to that doctor again if we can help it.)
Mother's day was nice, my family let me stay in bed because I was really feeling rotten with allergies and a subsequent cold. We'll be going out for my Mother's Day dinner next week when hopefully everyone will be much better healthwise.
There isn't much going on here, really. I'm coming to the end of my contract and doing my 'oh no, now I have to find another job' freak-out, but that's typical and normal, unfortunately. My kingdom for a job with real benefits.
I'll be very glad when my allergy season is over and I can breathe again. Very glad.
