Thunder only happens when it's raining...

Unfortunately, it's not raining at the moment. Not thundering, either, for that matter. It's just bloody humid. Amazon humid. Tarzan couldn't deal with this humidity. "But it's a dry heat" is not a phrase I use in my vocabulary, ever.

It downpoured like a flood a few hours ago for about fifteen minutes. But now it's just humid.

So...humidity, then?

In other news...job's going well. It's a fairly laid-back office, so I can wear jeans, as well as surf the web. Everybody is over doing the Paris Air Show, so it's just me and one other person. I'll really get to know the office dynamics when everyone comes back around the 23rd. For now, I'm just mapping out how I'm going to re-organize the filing system...

I'm feelin' kind of down, though. I really don't know why. Proly just the blues. I don't get them as often as I used to, but every once in a while, I get lost in the Dark Wood. Eh, it'll blow over soon.

Humidity is my enemy. It likes to play tricks on my hair. Turning it into masses of frizz, which I'm sure could rival Hermione's Bushy hair anyday!

Glad to hear the new job is going well.

The blues nab us all sometimes. sometimes a couple dozen drinks can cure it, but if that doesn't do oit, I'll try and send you some happy telepathic thoughs, maybe it'll just do the trick!
