A pretty good day...

The Pioneer Valley Harp Guild had it's monthly Harp Circle today, which was great fun. We usually get together with our harps and play for each other and have a potluck lunch. We usually play all together for some things, and usually at the end there's a harp 'jam session' which is pretty cool, as well. They're trying to teach me how to improvise. Heaven help them. ;-)

Also, today we picked up a minivan--a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. It's pretty nice. And, of course, it will hold passengers *and* my harp--bonus!

My three-month contract at the hospital ended Friday, and I have an interview on Monday for a new temp position. This time it will be for four months. I hope I get it because it sounds challenging. And, of course, we need the money.

My hubby bought me the UK editions of all four Harry Potter books for our anniversary. How cool is that? I'm enjoying the re-read immensely.

There's a thread in Veritaserum that compares the British to the American versions--it's really interesting actually. There's many more differences than you'd expect. I should know--I compared four chapters!
