Went to the Doctor...

I had bloodwork done about a month ago, and it turns out that I'm doing better than I thought. Cholesterol is pretty good, and liver function tests are normal! WooHoo! Blood sugar is okay, but I can do better. I'm going to see a diabetes educator soon, and hopefully that will get me BAX on the TRAX!

"School Reminiscences" is updated on the Quill. I hate to disappoint everyone who wants more 'mush', but the two characters in question are only twelve years old. They are going to be decidedly 'un-mushy' until they are a bit older, even if we know they get together eventually and have seven kids. "Bits and Pieces" will have one more update before it goes to hiatus until "School Reminiscences" catches up...

Things are pretty good. Weather is nice. Not much else to say. Be back later with not much again. ;-)

That's such good news! My grandpa and aunt have diabetes--it runs in the family, but I don't know much about the disease; I probably should because according to the doctors, there is a 75% chance I'll develop it later in life. Keep up your good eating! :)
