Amused...

I have found five gray hairs this week. Actually, they're more of a silver color; I'm only able to see them when I'm looking in the bathroom mirror with that strong light. I've been telling the Shadow-Man for weeks that I have them, and he has just been able to see them this week.

Hee...I don't know why this makes me happy. I'm actually amused. I suppose it's because I'm blonde, and in the 80's, I *tried* to have highlights this color!

I'm pretty sure that I was younger than you when I got my first grays, Shelle. I just blame it all on the kids. :-)

My daughter (bless her!) refers to mine as "sparklies". Every time I've mentioned that I think I might like to try dying my hair, she's quite adamant that my hair looks so cool and that I shouldn't cover up my sparklies. :)
