On a newbie note...

Okay, how do you make icons? I mean the ones with the words and motions and stuff? Is there a page I could look on? There's a bunch of stupid newbie questions I want to ask, but I won't take up space here with them...oh, and I looked at the 'newbie lounge' thing...but don't know where to go with questions...stupid newbie, stupid, stupid!

As in animated user icons? You'd have to get a photo editor/animated GIF maker first. There's Paint Shop Pro 7, but that costs $99 (if you want to get it the legitimate way, that is; you could always d/l it off of Kazaa).
