More semi-depressed navel-gazing from ME!
OK.
I went to the temp agency and re-applied. That went well, which is good.
So why the hell am I *still* so...bleh?
I just feel as if I've been put through the wringer, I think. 2005 was a horribly stressful year. I'm ready for things to start going right instead of horribly wrong.
January 2006 really didn't restore my confidence that things will.
I do know that I haven't been able to accomplish anything this past year, really. I've not finished any of my original fiction, I haven't been able to get my health under control, I haven't been able to organize myself so that my house isn't a disaster area. These are three areas that are very important to me.
But I can't seem to get started or get finished. With anything.
I don't want to make resolutions, it's too late now, and plus, I don't want to look back and see how I've failed, either.
Oh, well.
Those of you who want ficlets, please look here and drop me an idea. I've already got loads of them from the suggestions I've got now. Please do give me more ideas to help me jump-start my writing for this year!

You know what is really helping me with my house (I love a clean house but hate doing the work, I'm sure everyone knows the drill)? www.flylady.net It sounds hokey but it is really really helping me so far.
