Groovin' and Chillin'

I've got to listen to music more instead of watching TV all the time...boy, this is great: baby sleeping, music playing, updating my Journal...whoah, peace.

Not much has happened this week...it was an off week between jobs, as I start my new temp assignment on Monday. It's been weird being at home all week, a bit disjointed.

I'm not having much luck with avoiding the sugar...you'd think if a doctor told you not to eat a certain food or you'd die, it would be some sort of deterrent, wouldn't you? ARGH!

Oh, well...all in all, things are good, and they'll get better soon!

Not if it's sugar. Don't worry, though - you can make a fresh start every day. The key thing is not to punish yourself for a cookie. When I was "only" abstaining from sugar, I cheated every week. I'm not cheating anymore now, but it took me quite some time - from August 2002 to December 2002, in fact.

Did you enjoy your break from work?

Good luck with the new assignment!

It was rather strange being home so much...I just want to get to my new schedule and get used to it. I only bought a black cardigan and a pair of shoes for work, there just wasn't much to be had at the shops.

Would that it were only "one cookie"...Unfortunately, with the unconscious eating thing, I tend to look down at an empty *sleeve* of cookies. But I haven't had any today, and I caught myself going to the cupboard twice, but I turned around. Yay me!

You will have days like these more often! Whee-hee!
