Well.

I got to work and the database is down. Boo. So now I am loafing.

Anyway, had a pleasant weekend. Bought two shirts at Goodwill in colors I don't usually wear but should more often. :) They are like new and very pretty.

I went to "Taste of West Springfield" which is a big food tasting thingie where you get to try restaurants (did I spell that right?)for cheap. I tried Chicken Masala from the Indian place. We are *so* going there sometime soon. :)

Not much has been happening. We're all waiting for the school year to wind down. And in the meantime it's ridiculously hot, as in 82 degrees and it's only 9:30! Dude.

And how are all of *you* doing?

I love those 'taste' events! Lansing has one too, and it's a great way to experiment with restaurants you haven't been to yet.

I *heart* Goodwill! It's so fun to try out something new and exciting, especially when it costs you a buck-thirty eight a shirt or something equally cheap. I got Jude's bedding set at Goodwill 'fore she was born and a matching set for Sadie. I think I paid around 10 - 11 bucks for 2 comforters, 2 fitted sheets, a bumper pad, and a headboard pad. Not too shabby.

I love new food, but I'm always nervous to try something new. So, I'm usually a chicken and make someone else try it first and tell me how it is. We don't have too many things like that 'round here, but summertime usually means all manner of festivals, which means good food. :)

Mmmm, Indian food. I love Indian food. There's an awesome Indian place here. Phooey for non-working databases.

I'm good. :-)
