Yeah, time to leave the bad habits of the past behind. Very quietly -- I didn't make a big deal out of it to anyone, least of all myself -- I cut out garbage food about a month ago. No more junk, very few carbs, better proteins, and voila, it works. Ten pounds lighter and I'm not hungry all the time.

I listened to someone on the radio last night who talked about why resolutions fail: because people make them, but they don't make plans for how to achieve them. That makes sense to me. I'm glad you figured out a schedule for gym time! That will make all the difference.
