I love the kittens that pretend to be food! There may just be more icons with the food-kitties coming to my userpics soon. I cannot resist the cute.

Plus, the kitties look happy, don't they? Even if they are hiding in a thing of fries.

Actually, I wonder if San-X and Sanrio are related other than tangentially by name similarities. But I'm too lazy to do the research.

I adore the food-kitties! *beams* I have a small collection of Nyan Nyan Nyanko items, including a plush shrimp tempura kitty.

Fun fact: If you ever see them with labels in Japanese characters, most of the names are puns on 'nyan', which is the Japanese equivalent of 'meow'. So a kitty in a hamburger bun will be called a 'nyan-burger', or a kitty in a cup of coffee will be a 'nyappuchino'. So stupidly cute. ^_^
